We Navigate
the Risk
As a registered investment adviser, AAG also acknowledges
fiduciary status
for those Employee Retirement Income Security
Act of 1974 (ERISA) plans that select AAG’s
Online Advice and Managed Account services and
is subject to the standards of ERISA where applicable,
and the SEC.
We Are Independent
AAG is a separately-governed, but wholly-owned
subsidiary of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance
Company (GWLA). Headquartered in Denver, Colorado,
GWLA is one of the major providers of record-keeping
and communications services to public sector,
tax-exempt health-care and private sector defined
contribution programs. Governed by a separate
board of directors, AAG is only paid for services
it provides, irrespective of the investment products
offered in a plan.
